Reports to members of the Institute. The Chairman is the immediate past President and serves as senior advisor to the Board. The Chairman is responsible for the election and the awards processes and other duties as directed by the Board. The Chairman is a member of the Executive Team.

Reports to members of the Institute. The President is the Institute's CEO and is responsible for providing the leadership, guidance and direction in executing and implementing the policies of the Board. The President is responsible for the high level oversight of committees; current technology and future technology choices; communication with membership and is the signatory on all legal documents. The President is a member of the Executive Team.

President-Elect/Treasurer

Reports to the President. The President-Elect/Treasurer is a member of the Executive Committee and serves as custodian of funds, securities, and any other financial assets. He/she oversees all financial matters. Acts for the President in his/her absence, and assumes the office of President, if the President is unable to fulfill the duties of the office. He/she is responsible for presenting and updating the Strategic Plan to the Board on a bi-annual basis as well as ensuring and tracking the completion of the tasks based on dates assigned to Regents. The President-Elect is a member of the Executive Team.
Regent, Exam Development

Reports to the President. The Regent, Exam Development (RED) is responsible for the development and content of the examination. The RED leads the Exam Development Committee to review, update and revise the exam databank and outlines. The RED organizes the annual EDC meeting, administrates the exam question bank, and confirms exam updates. The RED coordinates with the Exam Preparation Product Committee on developing exam preparation materials.
Regent, Exam Administration and Member Relations

Grading Committee

 

Reports to the President. The Regent, Exam Administration and Member Relations (REAMR) is responsible for all activities related to administering and grading the exams including grader selection and supervision. The REAMR receives feedback from candidates who are unsuccessful in passing Part 6 as well as appeals for review of grading of Part 6 exams. The REAMR supports the RED for exam development needs. REAMR manages all activities related to the administration of the Certification Management Program and maintenance of member status.

Reports to the President. The Regent, Application and Exam Preparation (RAEP) is responsible for processing eligible applicants as candidates to take the exam.

Reports to the President. The Regent, Legislation and Appeals (RLA) is responsible for the appellate process. The RLA manages all candidate appeals related to the exam in conjunction with the Appeals Committee. In addition, he/she reviews updates to the website, updates organizational procedures and By-laws as directed by the Board.

Regent, Marketing and Communications
Kiersten McAvoy, CRM

Reports to the President. The Marketing Regent has oversight for marketing and Webmaster. He/she searches for advertising opportunities; supports the SAC relating to partner events through communication via social media; coordinates website updates with committee and Webmaster; works with committee to develop marketing opportunities and ensures that booths at events are manned and swag is available for handouts.

Mentoring Committee Chair

Reports to the Board through the liaison structure. The Chair serves as the first point of contact for candidates who are interested in working with a mentor. He/she maintains the current list of CRM’s eligible to serve as a mentor and ensures that contact information, creditability and activity, as it supports program participation, is properly retained. He/she provides mentors with approved study material and program training.

Reports to the Board through the RLA. The Webmaster is responsible for maintaining the website and works closely with the technology provider. He/she coordinates with the Marketing Committee website coordinator, Board members, the Institute’s administrator and Website Review Committee to review or publish content.
Newsletter Editor
Peter Kurilecz CRM, CA, IGP, FAI

 

Reports to Regent, Marketing and Communications. Responsible for soliciting materials to be published, determining the features of a publication, setting and enforcing deadlines, making a final determination about what will be published in an issue, coordinating frequency of publication, and overseeing all operations of a publication.
