NAGARA honors Rae Lynn Haliday, MBA, CRM and Lillian Moore, CRA
The ICRM Board of Regents would like to extend their congratulations to two of our own on winning the prestigious 2021 Program Excellence Award from one of our strategic partners, the National Association of Government Archives and Records Administrators (NAGARA).

The Award recognized the exciting and trailblazing RIM Program of the Saint Louis Zoo, Registrar Department. Rae Lynn Haliday, CRM, MBA serves as the Registrar, and Lillian Moore, CRA, is the Assistant Registrar. “The global best practices demonstrated by its RIM Program for Animal and Veterinary Records were used as a case study in updating and creating several new accreditation standards for animal and veterinary records promulgated by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums (AZA) in 2020.” (Used with permission of the NAGARA Awards Committee.) Rae Lynn also serves as adjunct faculty at San Jose State University (SJSU) and on the Strategic Alliance Committee Chair of the ICRM.
